We’re looking for a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for aligning demand, supply, and financial performance—ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, and exceptional customer service.What You’ll Do:Own the End-to-End Supply ChainLead the full supply chain lifecycle from demand planning through customer fulfillmentEstablish performance metrics, governance, and accountability across all functionsAlign supply chain strategy with business goals and customer commitmentsPartner with site leadership to drive operational execution and working capital performanceDrive Planning, Scheduling & SIOP ExcellenceLead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and executive reviewsEnhance forecast accuracy through data, analytics, and scenario planningOversee demand planning, capacity planning, and production schedulingMonitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and implement continuous improvementsLead Strategic Procurement & Supplier ManagementOwn sourcing strategy, procurement operations, and supplier relationshipsNegotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and riskImplement supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiativesOptimize Working Capital & InventoryDevelop inventory strategies that balance service, cost, and cash flowImprove inventory turns, DIO, and material availabilityPartner with Finance to manage working capital and cash flow impactsReduce excess and obsolete inventory through targeted initiativesChampion Continuous ImprovementLead Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence initiativesStandardize processes and improve data integrity across systemsLeverage ERP and planning tools to enhance decision-makingBuild a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and executionInfluence Across the EnterprisePartner with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Technology leadersServe as a trusted advisor on supply chain strategy, risks, and trade-offsLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing teamKey Metrics for SuccessCustomer service levels (OTIF)Forecast accuracy and SIOP effectivenessInventory turns, DIO, and working capital performanceProcurement savings and supplier performanceSchedule adherence and capacity utilizationProductivity gains and continuous improvement impactWhat You BringRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experienceDeep expertise in SIOP, planning, scheduling, and procurementStrong financial acumen with direct impact on working capital and cash flowProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadershipExperience across mixed manufacturing models (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, etc.)Preferred:Experience in manufacturing or complex supply chain environmentsLean, Six Sigma, or APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP)ERP and advanced planning systems experienceLeadership ProfileStrategic, systems-oriented thinkerData-driven and results-focusedStrong communicator and influencerChange agent with a continuous improvement mindsetHands-on leader with a bias for execution
