Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client outreachDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients across target industriesConduct formal sales presentations and follow-up meetings with prospective clientsUtilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and close dealsCollaborate with field management to develop competitive pricing and proposalsTrack and document all sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategiesMeet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotasKey Requirements:1+ year experience in staffing or contract labor industry operations OR 3+ years of B2B sales experienceProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and production goalsStrong understanding of industry regulations and best practicesExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsResults-driven with a strong customer-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordAbility to travel regularly ("over the road") and work in-office as neededComfortable with cold calling and proactive client engagementShifts:Full TimeMonday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pmDuration:PermanentHow to Apply:Apply & Receive offers NOW!
