Server/Bartender

Busy, well established downtown Burlingame restaurant seeking experienced Server/Bartender Respectful team player, with a strong work ethic and balanced sense of urgency with attention to detail. Current experience as a Server/Bartender in a upscale dining, high volume restaurant. Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine and spirits required. Passionate about the art of professional service. Part-time or full-time schedules available (Must be able to work weekends) We are looking for enthusiastic Servers/Bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes hourly and tips. Responsibilities Interact with customers, take orders and serve food, wine and cocktails Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Diligent about opening and closing side work Be reliable, on-time and present yourself in a professional manner Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a Server Excellent knowledge of our menu, Northern Italian Cuisine and Wine Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep your station organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate Respectful team player, with a strong work ethic, and balanced sense of urgency and attention to detail.
