This position offers a unique blend of technical mastery and strategic territory expansion, empowering you to make a significant impact in the automotive service industry.DutiesPerform accurate calibration of ADAS components on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.Utilize schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and electrical systems knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues.Conduct vehicle maintenance and repair tasks, including wheel alignments, powertrain diagnostics, transmission servicing, and electrical system repairs.Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely.Develop and expand your territory by engaging with dealerships, collision shop operators, and customers to promote calibration services and build lasting relationships.Maintain detailed records of calibration procedures, repairs performed, and customer interactions to ensure quality control and accountability.Stay current with industry advancements in ADAS technology, automotive electrical systems, diesel engine repair, and auto estimating practices to provide expert guidance.RequiredStrong automotive technical aptitudeADAS calibration experienceAutomotive Diagnostic experienceSelf-starter who can operate independently in a remote-managed environmentReliable and organizedCustomer-friendly attitude and professional communicationValid driver’s license with good driving recordComfortable working at customer locations and adapting to changing conditionsAbility to lift 35 lbsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel within the Raleigh market area as needed.PreferredAutomotive programming experienceCollision repair or auto glass experienceASE certificationsI-CAR certificationsOEM scan tool familiarityExisting industry relationships in North Carolina marketSales or account-development mindsetCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ($35,000-$50,000 base + $45,000 OTE) based on experience Strong commission and performance bonus opportunitiesCompany vehicle and fuel providedCalibration equipment and software providedPaid training and continuing educationPaid vacation and sick timeHealth insuranceGrowth opportunity into market leadershipBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
