This position is not a call center role and does not involve cold calling. We are looking for someone comfortable communicating directly with customers and providing excellent service.Responsibilities:Manage customer accounts and process product ordersCommunicate with customers to understand their needsProvide product recommendations and suggest similar items when appropriateAssist customers with order inquiries and product informationSupport inside sales activities and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillmentRequirements:Previous customer service or account management experienceComfortable communicating with customers without scriptsAbility to understand products and recommend solutions to customersStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with order entry or inside sales is a plusTraining and resources will be provided during the first week to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
