We are a large, established Gemstone Lights dealer based out of Nebraska, and we’re excited to officially expand into Wyoming. Gemstone Lights is the industry leader in permanent architectural lighting, and we’re opening our Wyoming market with a big vision and plenty of opportunity.
We’re looking for an honest, driven, and self-motivated sales professional to take ownership of permanent lighting sales across Casper, Laramie, and Cheyenne. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with a company and eventually build and lead a sales team in the region.
Position Overview
As our Wyoming Sales Representative, you will be responsible for all permanent lighting sales in your territory. Every lead that comes into our CRM will be yours to manage—from first call to closed sale. In addition, you’ll have the freedom (and support) to generate your own opportunities through outreach, networking, door-to-door sales, and builder relationships.
This is a commission-based role with an hourly wage, paid bi-weekly, offering strong earning potential in a wide-open market.
Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on all inbound leads through our CRM
Call leads promptly, qualify prospects, and schedule in-person or virtual consultations
Present Gemstone Lights products and close residential and commercial sales
Conduct door-to-door sales and proactive outreach in assigned territory
Build relationships with builders, contractors, and local businesses
Track activity and updates accurately in the CRM
Represent the company professionally and honestly at all times
Help establish and grow the Wyoming market from the ground up
Over time, assist in building and leading a local sales team
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability
Comfortable with commission-based sales
Ability to manage your own schedule and territory
Sales experience preferred (construction, home improvement, or B2B a plus)
Willingness to do D2D sales and community outreach
Integrity, reliability, and a long-term mindset

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
