Job SummaryProfessional Security Guard to help maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly observant, and confident in enforcing policies while delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor entrances, exits, and the dance floor to ensure guest safety Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions Enforce club rules, capacity limits, and dress code policies De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances in a calm, professional manner Remove intoxicated, disruptive, or unauthorized individuals when necessary Respond quickly to emergencies, medical incidents, or safety concerns Conduct routine patrols of the venue, including restrooms and outdoor areas Coordinate with management, bartenders, and local law enforcement as needed Complete incident reports accurately and promptly Qualifications & RequirementsPrior security, bouncer, or law enforcement experience preferred Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced, loud environment Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods Must be 21 or older Skills & AttributesProfessional, respectful, and approachable demeanor Sound judgment and situational awareness Team-oriented with the ability to act independently when needed Strong attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations calmly What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay Dynamic, high-energy work environment Opportunity for advancement
