Position Summary
This position focuses primarily on scheduling and operates under the Future Operations (FOPS) team. The Operations Administrative Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of scheduling and office functions. You will collaborate directly with Account Managers and Operations to ensure schedules are properly maintained and operational needs are met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling operations and administrative functions
Communicate with officers efficiently address gaps in scheduling for Future Operations (FOPS)
Provide frequent updates to Account managers and Operations on potential issues regarding scheduling hours
Provide officers with their schedule assignments while addressing any questions and confirming they understand their duties and shift times.
Evaluate and review Overtime (OT) based on operational requirements and cost efficiency.
Support Client requests for Temporary Additional Services (TAS)
Generate disciplinary cases as needed, maintaining accurate documentation and communication with leadership.
Answering the office phone, addressing questions, and routing callers to the correct departments or individuals.
Engaging with officers daily while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Auxiliary tasks as requested
