With weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.Regionalized Freight: Freight for our Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.Average Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 1,800 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.Average Weekly Pay: $1000- $1100 gross per week.Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.Equipment and Support:Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.Get 24/7 access to operations supportno matter the time or day.Vacation Package:1 year = 1 week3 years = 2 weeks7 years = 3 weeks15 years = 4 weeksPay and Bonuses:Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date.
