Customer Service Representative / Office & Production Assistant — Minuteman Press

Minuteman Press is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact directly with our clients, maintain accurate customer records in our database, and communicate clearly with other team members to ensure client needs are met. We are looking for someone with an upbeat attitude who enjoys coordinating with people and can present our company in a positive and supportive manner. This role combines customer service, order coordination, and production support within a fast-paced print production environment. Is this you? Primary Responsibilities Assisting customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional, and design projects Entering orders into our CRM software (training provided) Customer correspondence throughout the order process Researching and communicating with vendors to produce promotional materials Secondary Responsibilities Assisting the production team within the Print & Bindery/Finishing Department Following up with and updating inactive contacts/customers Requirements Previous experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to problem solve Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader Exceptional attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Sales or marketing experience is highly preferred, and prior printing or design experience is a bonus. Schedule This is a full-time position with a set Monday–Friday schedule during business hours. While weekends are not currently standard, occasional weekend availability may be required.
