Program Associate or Program Manager

The organization implements initiatives at state and multi-state levels to drive systems change and enhance educational practices.2. About the Opportunity:The Program Associate or Program Manager will coordinate and oversee implementation of two grant-funded projects aimed at improving educational outcomes for students with learning disabilities. This role is responsible for managing project plans, engaging partners, developing resources, and ensuring timely achievement of project goals. The position contributes by advancing initiatives that support career connected learning and AI literacy in special education, impacting educational systems and stakeholder collaboration.3. Responsibilities:• Coordinate implementation of two grant-funded initiatives, ensuring completion of milestones and deliverables• Manage project plans, timelines, meetings, and communications across teams and partners• Build and maintain relationships with state agencies, educators, nonprofits, and stakeholders• Support design and improvement of Career Connected Learning pilot programs• Develop, review, and disseminate project materials such as resources and presentations• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, trainings, and communities of practice• Monitor project activities, track progress, and support data collection and reporting• Collaborate with cross-functional staff to align organizational priorities and initiatives• Perform additional duties to support program objectives• (Program Manager only) Develop and manage detailed project and implementation plans• (Program Manager only) Lead program strategy development, including logic models and frameworks• (Program Manager only) Support budget monitoring and oversight of grant resources• (Program Manager only) Present project findings and lessons to funders and stakeholders4. Requirements:• Program Associate: 1–3 years of relevant experience; Program Manager: 3+ years managing projects or programs• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience• Preferred: Experience with Career Connected Learning, workforce development, or education• Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities and cross-sector partners• Strong project planning, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently• Proficiency with office software and virtual collaboration tools5.
