Project Manager 📍 Downtown Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote) 🏗️ Fully Integrated Developer We’re working with one of Chicago’s most respected, design-driven developers as they continue to expand their team. With roughly $100M in annual revenue and a growing pipeline of multi-family, high-rise, and high-end retail/hospitality developments, this group is building some of the more thoughtful and high-impact projects in the city. Their edge is a fully integrated model-development, design, and construction all in-house-which creates a more collaborative, efficient, and creative project environment. You’ll be involved earlier, have more visibility, and play a bigger role in key decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of projects from early-stage planning through construction delivery
- Work cross-functionally with internal development, design, and construction teams
- Manage budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor relationships
- Help guide design decisions with cost and constructability input
- Lead coordination and keep projects moving across all phases
- Be a key voice in delivering high-quality, design-focused developments
- What They’re Looking For:5–10+ years of experience in construction, development, or project management
- Background in multi-family, high-rise, or high-end retail/hospitality projects
- Someone comfortable working across both predevelopment and construction
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Desire to be part of a growing, design-focused organization
