Your Opportunity:Taylor Print Impressions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Bloomington, IL facility. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for sales representatives, account managers, and customers while supporting order processing, communication, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Work Authorization:To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Shift:Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Onsite | 5 days per week
Your Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for designated accounts, sales representatives, or account managers
Anticipate customer needs and respond quickly and accurately
Support sales teams with product details, pricing, and processes
Translate customer project requirements and communicate with production facilities
Track project status across multiple locations
Maintain and document SOPs for customer accounts
Receive and document customer complaints and issues
Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Provide backup coverage for sales territories as needed
Calculate pricing and shipping charges
You Must Have:
Knowledge of customer service processes including estimating, order processing, and vendor coordination
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create correspondence and documentation
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointWe Would Also Prefer:
4 years of customer service or customer support experience
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in commercial printing or finishing
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - $24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the location in which the applicant lives or will perform the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
