PCVD Process Engineer: Yield, DOE & Process Optimization

Micron Technology, Inc. Idaho seeks a PCVD Process Engineer to design, develop and optimize deposition processes for DRAM fabrication, expanding process capability and yield. The role uses advanced data analysis with JMP or Python, applies SPC and FDC for process control, and runs DOEs across multi-chamber systems. A Master’s in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of related experience is required, with relocation TBD.
