Position requires a multi skilled maintenance technician in a variety of disciplines, for an off-shift position.Duties IncludeThese will be your tasks:Ability to be Fork Truck QualifiedMust be willing to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain new and existing production and facility equipment according to safety procedures, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.Must be willing to work any shift and be on call to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Must be a strong team member willing to work as assigned with good interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Must be capable of analyzing process data and making decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.Must be willing to perform plumbing, carpentry and painting as assignedPerform Filter changes for trim system, electrical and HVAC equipment as directedDocumented experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.Documented experience as a mechanic/pneumatics/instrumentation tech in an industrial setting.Detailed knowledge of drives and motorsAbility to learn and use Schoeller business management softwareBasic knowledge of Fire Alarm CircuitryAbility to work on ladders, lifts, cranes, etc.Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.EducationThese are your assets:Minimum requirement is High School graduate or GED equivalent.Required SkillsExperience working with computers, drives, controllers on equipment and Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, other associated programs.Documented experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.Documented experience as a mechanic/pneumatics/instrumentation tech in an industrial setting.Detailed knowledge of drives and motorsKnowledge and experience of Power DistributionAbility to read and interpret Blue Prints, Schematics, Ladder Logic, Equipment Manuals, and Electrical diagramsPerform maintenance skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Ability to learn and use Schoeller business management softwareAbility to work on ladders, lifts, cranes, etcPreferred SkillsPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Welding skills desiredBasic knowledge of Fire Alarm CircuitryHVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills desired.These Are Our OffersFull benefits packagePaid VacationPaid Holidays401K with company matchDo you want to become part of the Felix Schoeller family and join us in shaping your and our future together?
