The role involves performing equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of pool systems and appliances. The technician will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and professional communication during each service visit. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.QualificationsProficiency in Appliance Repair and Equipment MaintenanceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolutionExcellent Communication abilities to ensure customer satisfactionExperience in or knowledge of pool systems is preferred but not mandatoryReliable time management and attention to detailValid driver’s license and ability to operate service vehiclesPhysical capability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
