Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS / Terraform / CI/CDLocation: Mountain Pine, Arkansas - Relocation within US providedSalary: $90,000 – $115,000 + benefitsWorking Pattern: Onsite 4–5 days per weekEmployment: Full-time, PermanentYourCode Recruitment is partnering with an established and growing US organization to recruit a Senior DevOps Engineer for its technology team in Mountain Pine, Arkansas.This is a senior, hands-on position for an experienced DevOps, Cloud, Platform or Site Reliability Engineer who wants to take genuine ownership of cloud infrastructure and software delivery.You’ll play a key role in designing and improving the organization’s AWS environment, CI/CD architecture and infrastructure-as-code strategy while helping establish engineering standards across the wider development function.This is not simply an operational support role. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how infrastructure is designed, how applications are deployed and how the engineering organization approaches reliability, security, monitoring and automation.What You’ll Be Doing• Design and improve CI/CD architecture, reusable pipelines, templates and deployment processes• Architect and manage production AWS cloud environments• Own infrastructure-as-code standards using Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK or similar• Improve cloud networking, environment separation and access controls• Build and enhance monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerting• Implement reliable deployment and rollback processes• Work closely with software engineers on branching, versioning and release strategies• Lead incident response and contribute to post-incident reviews• Improve secrets management, credential rotation, patching and security practices• Identify infrastructure risks and develop remediation plans• Improve platform resilience, disaster recovery and capacity planning• Optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost• Mentor engineers through technical reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing• Communicate infrastructure risks and technical decisions to both technical and business stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For• 6+ years of experience within DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure• Strong commercial AWS experience• Proven experience designing and managing production cloud environments• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK• Strong CI/CD expertise using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps• Experience designing and implementing automated deployment pipelines• Good understanding of AWS networking, VPCs, IAM and security principles• Experience with monitoring, observability, logging and alerting• Strong understanding of least privilege, secrets management and infrastructure security• Previous experience mentoring engineers or setting technical standards• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilitiesDesirable Experience• Docker and containerized environments• ECS, EKS or Kubernetes• .NET application environments• SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks• Platform engineering or developer self-service tooling• Disaster recovery planning• AWS Professional or Specialty certification• Entra ID / AWS IAM Identity Center• AWS Cognito• FinOps or cloud cost optimizationLocationThis position is based in Mountain Pine, Arkansas and requires regular onsite collaboration, typically 4–5 days per week.Candidates should therefore already be within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.Salary$90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits.If you’re an experienced AWS-focused Senior DevOps Engineer looking for a position where you can have real ownership over cloud architecture, CI/CD and engineering standards, apply today for a confidential discussion with YourCode Recruitment.Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS / Terraform / CI/CDLocation: Mountain Pine, Arkansas - Relocation within US providedSalary: $90,000 – $115,000 + benefitsWorking Pattern: Onsite 4–5 days per weekEmployment: Full-time, Permanent
