Right Price.Title: Performance Management Lead Duration: 09 months contract Location: Summit, NJShift: 20–40 hours per weekPosition Summary • Lead the design and execution of Client's Performance Process, including the Year-End Cycle. • Partner closely with cross functional partners, HR Business Partners, people leaders, and key stakeholders. • Define processes, establish timelines and guidance, and develop supporting content. • Manage end-to-end performance processes including stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.Responsibilities • Lead the design and execution of Client's Performance Process, including the Year-End Cycle. • Partner closely with cross functional partners, HR Business Partners, people leaders, and other key stakeholders to define the process. • Establish timelines and guidance for performance management cycles. • Develop communications, training materials, and supporting resources. • Enable people leaders and employees to effectively participate in the Year-End process. • Manage the end-to-end performance process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.QualificationsEducation: • BA Degree: Human Resources or related fieldExperience: • Experience in Performance Management and HR processesSkills: • Organization and strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Performance Management expertise • Project management skills • Proficiency in Excel • WorkDay experience preferredWhy Work With Us?
