Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools is essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of custom home builder projects from inception to completion.Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Support estimating processes and maintain accurate records of contracts and schematics.Collaborate with sales members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.Create quotes/bids/estimatesPrepare reports on project status and timelines for internal review and client updates.Assist in blueprint reading and interpretation to support project execution.QualificationsProven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry preferred.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and methodologies.Ability to read blueprints preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
