Maintenance Technician

You will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure seamless operations. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on appliances, electrical systems, Ptac units, and facility infrastructure. Preform general janitorial and landscaping tasks. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the appearance and integrity of facility structures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects including upgrades or renovations while adhering to safety standards. demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all maintenance activities. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within hotel or multi-unit housing Strong mechanical knowledge Electrical , plumbing and general maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform residential painting tasks when necessary to maintain facility aesthetics. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration. operational success!
