The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping clients through challenging moments with empathy, precision, and a strong sense of partnership. This role involves managing a small team of client services staff, defining team priorities, and proactively bringing solutions to challenging client situations. The AVP will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing plans of action, and ensuring high-quality service that aligns with client goals. A key aspect of the role is the ability to influence and motivate others, as well as to engage with clients on a recurring basis to ensure satisfaction. Applicants for the AVP position must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' of work experience. The role requires a candidate who can create success stories, provide synthesized summaries to senior leadership, and is adept at leading group meetings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry products and services, be able to develop customized solutions for clients, and have the ability to assess program performance and make recommendations for improvement. The AVP should be a strong communicator, both in terms of getting their point across and in providing direct, honest feedback to team members.
