Engineer IV, AI & Digital Engineering

Overview In this role you will advance X-energy’s AI-native engineering platform by building production-ready AI solutions and agentic workflows for nuclear engineering. You will collaborate with systems engineering, licensing, and QA to ensure AI artifacts meet regulatory standards while accelerating design-to-deployment workflows. The work spans frontend, AI systems, data integration, and platform infrastructure, enabling a living, queryable engineering model across requirements, design, and manufacturing. You’ll operate with significant independence in a fast-paced tiger-team environment and help push the company toward an AI-first operating model.
