Ensuring Chart’s Success…
What Will You Do?
Spray paint medium to large parts under a manufacturing/production setting
Works closely with sand and patch area, mold leads and coordinators
Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department
Mixes and sprays different types of paints following deadlines and objectives
Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from mold stations
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding the paint-booth and safety
Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting
Comply with all CHART policies and procedures
Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department
Ensure all products have proper identification
Performs other tasks as assigned
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
Walking, Standing, Use of hands, Bending, Lifting, Sitting, Etc.
Indoor working conditions
Lifting of materials and product as up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for long periods of time
PPE must be worn at all times
Able to work overtime as required
Your Experience Should Be...
Minimum Education:
High School Education or Equivalent
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
6-month manufacturing setting, fast paced environment or construction experience
Prior experience with Bondo filler and fiberglass
Manual Dexterity required for operating machinery
Detail oriented and organized
Team-work oriented skills
