Process Development Associate

Title: Process Development AssociateLocation: Thousand Oaks, CA 91320Duration: 12+ MonthsPay Range: $31/hourly on w2.100% onsite thousand oaks, CA Schedule is standard business hours, with flexibility based on personal prefrence or job requirement. Possibility of early meetings, starting as early as 7:00 AM, due to overlaps with EU counterparts. Ideal candidate: Candidate should have at least five years of GMP experience and a solid understanding of unit operations for oral solid dosage forms, such as granulation, roller compaction, drying, milling, blending, compression, and film coating. Basic coding experience in R and/or Python is required to analyze and visualize experimental data, along with familiarity with at least one statistical software package like JMP or Minitab. Strong oral and written communication skills are also essential for effectively collaborating with team members, management, and external contacts. Client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented Process Development Senior Associate at our Thousand Oaks, CA headquarters to join the Pre-Pivotal Drug Product Technologies organization. In this role, you will be a key member of the Oral and Enabling Delivery Systems group within the Drug Product Technologies (DPT) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing small molecule formulation experiments to support the development of oral solid dosage forms for early-stage clinical studies. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and optimization of digital platform capabilities while supporting experimental efforts to design and optimize drug product formulations and processes for pre-clinical solid oral dosage forms.
