Job Description IHL Home Textiles seeking a driven Account Executive to help grow our home decor department across major retailers and strategic accounts. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, trend-aware, and experienced working with retail buyers in a fast-paced wholesale environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned retail accounts through consistent communication and relationship buildingDrive sales growth by identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accountsPrepare and present product assortments, presentations, and market appointments to buyersPartner closely with design and product development teams to align product offerings with customer needs and trendsExecute follow-up after meetings, markets, and line reviews to secure opportunities and close businessMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer performance to identify growth opportunitiesCoordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveriesQualifications 3–7+ years of wholesale sales or account management experienceExperience working with national off-price retailers.Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to build long-term customer relationshipsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentTrend and product awareness within home décor, textiles, accessories, or lifestyle categories preferredPreferred Experience Experience selling home décor and textiles in the off-price channel.Existing buyer relationships within off-price, department store, specialty, or mass retail channelsExperience preparing assortments and presentations for market appointmentsWhat We're Looking For Self-starter mentalityPositive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who thrives in collaborative environmentsAbility to manage multiple accounts, categories and deadlines simultaneouslyPassion for product, retail, and growing businessCompensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission/bonus opportunityHealth benefitsPTO and holiday packageCareer growth opportunity within a fast-growing organization
