The Teradata Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data solutions using Teradata technologies. This role involves defining enterprise data architecture strategies, creating data models, and ensuring optimal performance for analytics and reporting platforms. The architect collaborates with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver robust data platforms that support decision-making across the enterprise. Top Three skills At least 5 years of experience in Teradata solutions and architecture. Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning. What We're Looking For Proficiency in Teradata tools and utilities (TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad). Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SAS DI). Familiarity with Teradata Vantage features like QueryGrid, NOS, and ClearScape Analytics. Hands-on coding experience in Python or similar scripting languages. Compensation Hourly Rate: $70 - $71 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
