Job DescriptionThe Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs the overall operational functions of the Urology Clinic. The Supervisor works with administration, providers, staff and community resources to render professional patient care with efficiency, empathy and friendliness. Establishes a philosophy of patient and family centered care into the staff, operations and patient care practices. Responsible for executing operations to support patient- and family-centered care. Patients of all ages served. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Maintains professional competencies by attending educational programs, participates in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities.Schedule:Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. CloudDay shift | 8am-4:30pm | Monday- FridayPay and Benefits:Starting pay begins at $82,659.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experienceSalary range: $82,659.20- $123,988.80 per yearSalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rateFull-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableQualifications:Associate's degree from a nursing program required, Bachelor's or master's preferredBachelor's Degree at a minimum in Nursing must be obtained within three (3) years1 years at a minimum of supervisory experience or management experience requiredRegistered Nurse (RN) Current licensure in the State of Minnesota requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required
