Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com.The RoleAs a QA Analyst on the Browser Extension team, you will play a critical role in validating the quality and reliability of Keeper’s browser extensions across supported platforms, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Your primary focus will be on manual testing, regression validation, and cross-browser compatibility to ensure a seamless user experience. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other QA team members to identify, document, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience testing browser-based products, and a solid understanding of web technologies.ResponsibilitiesConduct manual testing of Keeper’s browser extensions across supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)Validate core functionality, UI/UX behavior, compatibility, and security-related workflows within browser extensionsCreate, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user storiesCollaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverageIdentify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear, reproducible steps and expected outcomesPerform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent behavior and performanceAssist in reproducing and validating customer-reported issuesValidate new releases and updates to ensure existing functionality and user experience are not impactedContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and testing standardsSupport automated testing efforts where applicable, in partnership with engineering and QA teamsRequirementsExperience with manual testing of browser extensions or web-based applicationsFamiliarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser APIsStrong understanding of browser environments and cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)Experience using browser developer tools for testing and debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools)Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports and manage them through JiraStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBasic understanding of security best practices related to browser extensions and web applicationsDue to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)Preferred RequirementsFamiliarity with browser extension development or test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and QA workflowsExperience testing security-sensitive applications such as password managers or authentication toolsFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
