This position is essential in ensuring the building remains clean, organized, and inspection-ready across offices, restrooms, common areas, and the factory floor.Key Responsibilities:Thoroughly sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, restrooms, offices, and production areasClean, dust, and wipe furniture and surfaces throughout the facilityEmpty and clean wastebaskets, trash containers, and recycle binsClean and sanitize restrooms using proper chemicals and manufacturer guidelinesRefill dispensers and restock supplies in restrooms and common areasProperly stock the cleaning cart daily with all necessary solutions and toolsFollow all safety policies and procedures when using chemicals and operating equipmentMaintain equipment, supplies, and supply rooms in an organized mannerPerform light maintenance tasks such as basic drywall, painting, and minor plumbing as neededReport any equipment malfunctions or building concerns to the Maintenance SupervisorQualifications:Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain daily cleanliness standardsAbility to work independently in a manufacturing environmentBasic maintenance knowledge is a plusCommitment to safety, cleanliness, and reliabilityJoin a team-oriented environment where consistency, cleanliness, and pride in the workplace matter.Apply today with Hire Sync to get started in a stable, long-term opportunity.
