This role partners closely with senior leaders to deliver clear, engaging, and aligned messaging that supports business priorities and keeps employees informed across the organization. A significant focus of this role is leading internal rider communications, ensuring employees understand, adopt, and provide feedback on internal ridership programs across all markets.The BasicsDuration: 6 monthsHours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per weekLocation: Foster City, CA Top 3 Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in internal communications, copywriting, or related roles, with demonstrated success delivering complex information clearly and effectivelyProven experience managing communication programs or campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical or operational content into engaging employee-facing messagingOther QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent practical experienceStrong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiativesExperience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partnersHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentExperience in mobility, ride-hail, or highly technical environments preferredKey ResponsibilitiesManage communication strategy and execution for Product and Fleet Operations organizationsPartner with senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic internal communications plansOwn internal ridership communications strategy, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adoption across all marketsLead internal rider campaigns end-to-end, including project timelines, executive reviews, and content developmentDevelop rider instructions, FAQs, and content for intranet, all-hands meetings, newsletters, Slack, and other internal channelsTranslate complex product and operational updates into engaging and accessible messagingReinforce feedback loops, celebrate program milestones, and recognize employee contributionsPartner with Program Management, Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure alignment on rider program goals and success metricsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
