This role is suited for a skilled painter who takes pride in delivering clean, consistent, high-quality work in occupied and vacant apartment units.We are looking for individuals who understand production painting, can work efficiently without sacrificing quality, and represent our company professionally on-site.Important: This is a 1099 contract position (NOT W-2). Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and transportation.Responsibilities· Complete full interior apartment repaints (spraying) (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)Perform unit turns quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standardsPrep surfaces properly including patching, sanding, caulking, and primingMatch existing colors and ensure clean, uniform finishesProtect floors, fixtures, and surrounding areas during paintingMaintain a clean and organized job siteIdentify and communicate any damage or additional repairs neededWork within deadlines and turn schedules provided by property managementRequirements· Proven experience in apartment or residential/commercial paintingStrong knowledge of prep work, paint application, and finishing techniquesAbility to cut clean lines and produce consistent, professional resultsOwn tools and basic equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers preferred)Reliable transportationAbility to work independently and manage workload efficientlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityProfessional attitude and communication on job sitesCompensation & Work Structure· 1099 Independent Contractor Position (NOT W-2)Pay based on unit turns or agreed project ratesConsistent work available for reliable and skilled paintersFast-paced environment with steady opportunitiesWhy Work With CPR?CPR (Commercial Property Resources) is a growing company focused on delivering dependable, high-quality apartment turn services.
