Software Engineer – AI Platforms

Type: Permanent, Full-TimeLocation: New York (Hybrid, 3 days/week)Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 base + bonusInfused Solutions has partnered with a growth-stage FinTech providing intelligent automation and decision support systems for finance teams. We’re hiring Software Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms. You’ll partner directly with their forward-deployed team to understand client workflows, build systems that solve real operational problems, then scale what works into reusable platform features.You’ll be responsible for significant components – from architecture through shipping, monitoring, and iteration based on real client feedback.Ideal Profile4-8 years commercial experience shipping production systems at scaleLed or owned a significant component, pod, or feature line – responsible for delivery, not just executionTwo or more of: startup experience, consulting/client-focused background, AI/ML systems delivery, financial services domainSenior mindset: can move fast, can wear multiple hats, has good taste in technical decisionsProduction focus: real systems, real reliability, real impactNice to have: Python, FastAPI, React, agentic workflows, RAG, document intelligence. But we care more about what you’ve shipped than the languages.What we’re looking for:Not researchers. Not junior engineers.
