Python / Linux Location: Plano, TX FTE ONLYResponsible for providing APS operational support for Horizon's build and deploy tools that includes Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible Tower, release orchestration tool XLR, RedHat OpenShift, Container, Maven, MSBuild, Python pipelines troubleshooting.Have hands on experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence, Ansible Tower, Digital's XLR, testing tools like TOSCA, QTest, Octane and RedHat Openshift Containers and work with development community to triage and troubleshoot code related issues and platform issues and find root cause and correction action thereafter. Quick understanding of any code and troubleshooting techniques is a must for this role. Remember users are developers and in order to help them this support role should be able to understand the issues they would encounter and provide solution.• Have hands on experience with creation of playbook, automation tasks. Perform application installation, maintenance and integration with other CI tools like Jenkins, Sonarqube, Bitbucket.• Expertise in Unix system, scripting and knowledge on BASH, KSH.• Troubleshooting experience and determine root cause analysis.• Have 7+ years on doing production support experience.• Good understanding of oracle and (or) postgres database.Solid understanding of code related to Java, Net, Python, Scala, Node JS, JavaScript and specialized subject matter expertise in the CI CD tools combined with latest tech stack knowledge related to Cloud programming, Terraform, AWS or GCP or Azure or OpenShift.
