Our mission is to create better outcomes for students by supporting the educators who make it happen, through smarter matching, fairer pay, and ongoing support.This Assistant Teacher role offers the opportunity to take an active part in instruction, leading small group activities, co-teaching lessons, and providing individualized support to help students achieve their academic goals.Responsibilities:Assisting the classroom teacherWork with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed materialAssist in compiling classroom communicationsMaintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and a safe learning environmentUtilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as neededSupport with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toiletingRequired Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-Experience working with children with Special Educational needs-Experience working with personal care-US Work Authorization.
