Maintenance Lead Technician
Job description
The Maintenance & Facilities Lead is responsible for executing all maintenance in and around company buildings as assigned by Executive Director. Planning, scheduling, and executing a maintenance schedule to complete all day, month, quarter, and yearly tasks. Cure Oahu operates under the highest standards of professionalism. Pay will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and have good working knowledge of a variety of hand tools.
Ability to read and understand written work orders.
Knowledge of basic electrical principles and use of hand tools.
Ability to use computer software in order to complete tasks efficiently.
Must be able to lift, Push. Pull up to 70 pounds without assistance.
Extended time sitting, walking, bending and reaching
Electrical or mechanical equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
Repair, maintenance or troubleshooting: 5 years (Preferred)
Existing knowledge or willingness to learn about cannabis and the cannabis industry
Work history show progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional challenges.
Other requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass a background check (state mandated)
Must have valid Drivers License
