Description
Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who will assist with the daily responsibilities of the program and working on the Watch Desk team which entails the following:
Night watch must be available to work two-week cycle equaling 84 hours, 0600 to 1800 (12 hours shifts).
One cycle rotation schedule Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday.
There will be a short period of time while the selected candidate obtains all required accesses for the systems and will work days.
Shift Premium
A shift premium of 8% is authorized for evenings.
Requirements
Security Clearance:
Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Five (5) years of SE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Experience with RTRG Mission analytics operation and use:
Monitoring OS and Applications
Troubleshooting OS and Applications and escalating as required
Troubleshooting dataflow and escalating as required
Troubleshooting network issue and escalating as required
Ability to read a variety of Graphs of systems information and interpret them to discern correct operations
Good communications skills written and verbal
Ability to dissect complex issues and generate concise accurate status
Generating metrics and reports for submission to customers using disparate data sources
Generating SOPs for use by the members of the Watch desk and/or customers
Ability to lead small team of WD shift personnel
Ability to direct and provide meaningful guidance to teammates
Maintain schedules as required

Benefits
Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
