This position is being recruited through ONE Solutions and will directly support Interstate Roofing’s Kansas and Missouri operations.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of our Kansas office. This role serves as a key support partner to both our sales and project management teams while also helping maintain smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.The ideal candidate has prior roofing industry experience, understands roofing materials and job processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational support, customer service, project coordination, and office responsibilities throughout the day.This is a collaborative role requiring strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to support both field operations and office administration in a growing environment.Responsibilities Sales & Team SupportSupport sales representatives and project managers with day-to-day operational needsAssist with sales recruiting efforts, candidate coordination, and onboarding supportHelp facilitate and lead regular sales meetings and office communicationsSupport accountability and follow-through across the sales teamAssist leadership with reporting, team coordination, and operational organizationMaintain accurate records within company systems and CRM platformsOperations & Office ManagementHelp oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional, organized work environmentServe as a local support resource for office and field employeesAssist with employee onboarding, office coordination, and administrative supportPartner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and office processesSupport communication between office staff, sales teams, project managers, and leadershipCustomer & Project SupportProvide excellent customer service and professional communicationSupport project managers and sales representatives with customer follow-up and project coordinationHelp resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure a high-quality customer experienceAssist teams in maintaining organization and responsiveness throughout active projectsQualificationsPrior roofing industry experience requiredStrong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and project workflowsExperience supporting sales, operations, production, or project management teams preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with technology, Microsoft Office, and CRM/project management systemsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with office staff, sales teams, project managers, and leadershipLeadership or office management experience preferred
