A global law firm in Miami has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its real estate practice. This role handles complex transactions from contract through closing across a range of real estate matters, including commercial, development, private sector, and trust-related work.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through all stages of real estate transactionsHandle due diligence (title, survey, leases, liens, and UCC searches)Prepare entity formation and organizational documentsDraft and track closing checklists, key dates, and closing documentsMaintain transaction files and closing bindersQualifications5+ years of real estate experience Strong attention to detail and organization skillsProactive and dependable with good communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
