Director - Software Engineering

Build trust, share credit, and strengthen cross-functional execution. Design and build fit-for-purpose architectures that balance simplicity, quality, scale, and security. Simplify systems and workflows by removing friction, toil, and unnecessary handoffs. Create durable reusable patterns, guardrails, and tooling that accelerate team delivery. Ensure production systems meet required levels of resiliency, performance, scalability, and operability.What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated depth in full-stack engineering and system / application architecture. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streaming-based APIs. Hands-on experience delivering cloud-native solutions, including microservices, containerization, and modern deployment patterns. Working knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores.
