Day Shift Yard Loader Operator

What You'll Be Doing * Operate yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently * Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or safety concerns * Assist with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations * Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations * Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow What Are We Looking For * Skilled in operating heavy equipment in an industrial or outdoor setting * Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team * Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced environments * Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and operational checks Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug, and background check * Must meet company and regulatory safety standards Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
