Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Associate Lawyer based in Virginia Beach, VA. The Associate Lawyer will handle legal research, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients during trials, hearings, and negotiations. Responsibilities also include identifying case strategies, managing case files, and collaborating with team members to ensure effective representation of clients. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in legal research, legal writing, and case analysisProficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentsSkilled in courtroom representation, trial advocacy, and handling hearingsEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centered approachAbility to work proactively, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlinesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Virginia State Bar and in good standingPrior experience in litigation or criminal justice is a plus
