Delivery Helper / Merchandiser

We are currently looking for helpers on our two-person delivery teams. You will be assigned to an established route of customers where you and your driver will deliver and restock break room items in other local businesses. This will include snacks, beverages, coffee and break room supplies, etc. This is a Monday through Friday position. Hours will be either 3:00 am-11:30am OR 4:00 am -12:30 pm. General Responsibilities: Start and end each day at our San Leandro warehouse. Stock bins/baskets and coolers with merchandise -rotating older inventory to the front, understanding some food safety. Stock storage areas of all other breakroom supplies, such as coffee, cream, sugar, plates, snacks, drinks, etc. Check inventory at each delivery and place new orders based on established par levels. Change displays as needed to accommodate customer requests. Regular light cleaning of coffee brewers, and other equipment we have loaned to the customer. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image while on site at our customers. Skills and Requirements: Must have outstanding customer service skills and be a team player. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and time-management skills are a must. Must be able to lift 40+ pounds regularly. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as well as safely lift, push, pull, reach and bend.
