Senior Outpatient Services Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years providing substance use disorder treatment CADC II (Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor II) or higher/national equivalent Thorough knowledge of substance use disorder treatment Proven leadership and motivational skills Strong management principles and process knowledge Excellent computer skills in software and applications PREFERENCES: Other behavioral healthcare certifications such as PSS (Peer Support Specialist) or CRM (Certified Recovery Mentor) Prior management experience JOB DUTIES: Lead and coordinate all functions at both Portland Outpatient offices, overseeing patient services across all levels of care Supervise staff, manage payroll, and ensure high-quality patient care and documentation Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reputation and growth of services in the Portland facilities Implement strategies to increase patient census, retention, and attendance in all services Ensure compliance with CARF, State of Oregon OARs, and organizational policies Optimize fiscal efficiency within the outpatient offices Assist Clinical Supervisor in facilitating supervision for clinical and non-clinical staff Conduct weekly staff meetings, clinical staff trainings, and annual reviews Participate in Outpatient manager meetings, clinical leadership meetings, marketing meetings, and community outreach initiatives Provide lectures in the Residential Program as assigned Engage in community outreach and develop partnerships to enhance facility reputation Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Provide direct patient care services as needed Familiarize oneself with the organization's Personnel and Program policies and procedures and ensure adherence Conduct oneself with integrity, honesty, respect, and patience around staff and patients Attend all assigned training sessions SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM PAY: $75,000 - $80,000 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience) BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 403 (b) Life Insurance Education Assistance Paid Time Off Sick Pay Wellness Programs Work Life Balance EMPLOYER COMMENTS: We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage the day-to-day operations at our Portland Outpatient branches located at SW Barbur and SE Stark.
