Communication Specialist – Digital Design, Social & ContentMax Papis Innovations (MPI) – Mooresville, NCMPI is a U.S. market leader in professional racing steering wheels and accessories, built on 14+ years of innovation and real-world racing performance.We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Communication Specialist to lead our digital presence.👉 This is a digital design-first role.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Design (Primary Focus)* Create high-quality content using Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Creative Suite* Maintain and evolve MPI brand identitySocial Media Management* Manage and grow MPI social channels* Plan and execute content strategyWebsite Management* Maintain and update MPI website* Upload products and manage content⸻Additional Responsibilities* Travel to ~10 race events/year for content capture* Archive and organize media assets* Support product launches (visuals, video, promotion)* Create weekly email communications* Write press releases* Manage partner & ambassador relationships* Deliver monthly analytics reports⸻Qualifications* Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (required)* Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets* Familiarity with **Google Analytics & Google Drive* Experience with presentation tools* Passion for motorsports preferred⸻Compensation* Starting at $50,000 and up based on experience level* 3-month evaluation period* Benefits reviewed after 2 years⸻Work EnvironmentFast-paced, high-performance, and team-driven.This role requires flexibility, ownership, and a strong work ethic.
