Job Title: Accounting ManagerDuration: 6 monthsPay Rate: $80/hr-$88/hr.w2Location: Richmond VA or Mclean, VAThe ideal candidate will:Work independently during the discovery phase of projects, including reviewing existing documentation, performing walkthroughs with impacted teams, and making accounting assessments.Lead and assist in the development, testing, and implementation of project requirements.Collaborate with several teams across the organization on enterprise-wide initiatives.Facilitate consistent use of the Agile methodology for delivering projects.Present recommendations to the broader team.Maintain effectiveness in a constantly changing environment.Apply integrative thinking to complex situations, identify issues, and propose solutions.Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to integrate information from different sources to solve problems and improve processes.Leverage past accounting experience to integrate new business into the company.
