This is your chance to join a team who are leading the industry with a fun and friendly work environment and offering great opportunities to the right candidate.Essential Functions:Capable of performing routine maintenance on any product sold in the dealership.Capable of performing basic diagnostics with lead assistance.Ability to do pre-delivery inspections of new units.Able to work with minimal supervision.Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.Follow departmental dress codes and be well groomed at all times.Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.Non-Essential FunctionsSolid technical and/or mechanical skills.Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.Ownership of complete set of tools.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions present at that time.Work performed in a shop setting, as well as exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls.Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.QualificationsOther Requirements and Skills:Solid technical and/or mechanical skills.Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.Ownership of complete set of toolsOwn M1 license.This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
