This involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and business objectives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, technical resources and client stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.As Lead Project Manager your responsibilities will include:Managingprojects impacting Field Operations Teams to include scheduling cross functional meetings, establishing goals and timelines and getting buy in from key stakeholdersOCC support with system enhancements including JIRAs, upgrades, releases, etc., working knowledgeable of the BOSS system stack is a requirementCreatingcaptivating & impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing mannerWorking closely with the team to understand their goals and transform their ideas into compelling stories that resonate with audiencesTranslatingbusiness needs into engaging narratives to drive the success of standardization and efficienciesManagingkey timelines and effectively communicate with various teamsConnecting with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyGathering and analyzingdata to assist in project approvals, tracking improvements and identifying trendsIdentifyingopportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainsImplementing best practices and methodologiesProvidingsupport to the team, including taking meeting notes, documenting key actions, and handling other administrative tasksStreamliningoperations and ensuringthat the team stays focused on their goalsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadershipEffectively communicatingproject status and progress to all stakeholdersManagingexpectations and ensuringalignment with project goals and objectivesQualificationsWHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's degree or six years of equivalent practical work experienceExcellent communication skills to translate business needs into engaging new processes and perspectivesStrong organizational skills to manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teamsGood analytical skills including proficiency with Excel and other data analysis toolsTelecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projectsExperience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role, to bring a deep understanding of the demands and challenges of the positionLiaison with business stakeholders and Leadership to regularly update business knowledge content/repositoryMaintain organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools and other Infographic toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesBONUS POINTS FOR:Demonstrated practical experience in Lean Six Sigma methods and techniquesAdvanced analytical skills including experience with Power BI, SQL and Big Query#LI-MH1Additional InformationWHY JOIN US?We aspire to contemporary ways of working.Recognized as a Top Workplace by the Charlotte Observer, Brightspeed HQ is located on the 7th floor of the new Vantage South End - East Tower in Charlotte, NC.We prioritize hiring talent in the Charlotte area, whenever possible, to make it a truly vibrant destination for our hybrid workforce.
