Set up and operate extrusion equipment to meet production goalsRead and follow production orders and specificationsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededPerform changeovers, including gauge and speed adjustmentsUse measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure product qualityTroubleshoot basic mechanical and quality issuesComplete production and quality documentation accuratelyPackage finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and safe work area What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDManufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus-but we will train the right candidateAbility to read, follow instructions, and work independentlyBasic math skills (measurements, decimals, etc.)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam player with a solid work ethic Additional Training & CertificationsWe'll help you build your skillset through certifications such as: Forklift OperationCrane OperationHazardous Materials And More! Physical RequirementsRegular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbsFrequent standing, bending, and movement throughout shiftAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection) Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on role in a manufacturing setting.
