The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, facilitating lease agreements, ensuring a seamless move-in experience, and managing lease paperwork. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, assisting prospective residents with property tours, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with current tenants. Additional responsibilities include engaging in administrative tasks related to lease management and ensuring adherence to property management policies.QualificationsExperience in Residential Leasing and knowledge of Lease AdministrationStrong understanding of Leases and Property Management processesExceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build positive relationshipsEffective communication, time management, and organizational skillsProficiency in relevant property management software is an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentPrevious experience in property management is preferred but not required
