Executive Assistant As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting executive leadership by ensuring the smooth coordination of daily administrative operations and special projects. This position is responsible for managing schedules, facilitating communication, and organizing events, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Responsibilities Coordinate daily administrative operations for executive officesMaintain office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishmentManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packagesOversee office equipment functionality and arrange for repairs or servicing as neededSchedule meetings, appointments, and calendar activities for executivesPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentationTrack, reconcile, and process office and executive-related expensesCollaborate with accounting or finance teams on expense inquiries and reportingPrepare and submit expense reports and purchase ordersServe as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiriesDraft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business communicationsPlan and coordinate team member events, celebrations, and corporate functionsOrganize logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue, catering, and equipmentManage guest lists, invitations, and RSVP trackingMonitor event budgets and assist with post-event reporting and evaluationsArrange and coordinate business travel for executivesAssist with prioritization of tasks and effective calendar managementProvide additional administrative support during high-demand periods or team absencesOther duties as assignedQualifications Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role requiredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record requiredStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyProficiency in standard office software and computer applicationsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationProfessional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong phone etiquette and the ability to manage and direct incoming communicationsProven reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workResponsibility, reliability, and honestyWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
